As-Saffat (37)

وَٱلصَّـٰٓفَّـٰتِ صَفًّا 1❚
فَٱلزَّٰجِرَٰتِ زَجْرًا 2❚
فَٱلتَّـٰلِيَـٰتِ ذِكْرًا 3❚
إِنَّ إِلَـٰهَكُمْ لَوَٰحِدٌ 4❚
رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَرَبُّ ٱلْمَشَـٰرِقِ 5❚
إِنَّا زَيَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَآءَ ٱلدُّنْيَا بِزِينَةٍ ٱلْكَوَاكِبِ 6❚
وَحِفْظًا مِّن كُلِّ شَيْطَـٰنٍ مَّارِدٍ 7❚
لَّا يَسَّمَّعُونَ إِلَى ٱلْمَلَإِ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ وَيُقْذَفُونَ مِن كُلِّ جَانِبٍ 8❚
دُحُورًا ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ وَاصِبٌ 9❚
إِلَّا مَنْ خَطِفَ ٱلْخَطْفَةَ فَأَتْبَعَهُۥ شِهَابٌ ثَاقِبٌ 10❚
فَٱسْتَفْتِهِمْ أَهُمْ أَشَدُّ خَلْقًا أَم مَّنْ خَلَقْنَآ ۚ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَـٰهُم مِّن طِينٍ لَّازِبٍۭ 11❚
بَلْ عَجِبْتَ وَيَسْخَرُونَ 12❚
وَإِذَا ذُكِّرُوا۟ لَا يَذْكُرُونَ 13❚
وَإِذَا رَأَوْا۟ ءَايَةً يَسْتَسْخِرُونَ 14❚
وَقَالُوٓا۟ إِنْ هَـٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ 15❚
أَءِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَـٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ 16❚
أَوَءَابَآؤُنَا ٱلْأَوَّلُونَ 17❚
قُلْ نَعَمْ وَأَنتُمْ دَٰخِرُونَ 18❚
فَإِنَّمَا هِىَ زَجْرَةٌ وَٰحِدَةٌ فَإِذَا هُمْ يَنظُرُونَ 19❚
وَقَالُوا۟ يَـٰوَيْلَنَا هَـٰذَا يَوْمُ ٱلدِّينِ 20❚
هَـٰذَا يَوْمُ ٱلْفَصْلِ ٱلَّذِى كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ 21❚
۞ ٱحْشُرُوا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ وَأَزْوَٰجَهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْبُدُونَ 22❚
مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ فَٱهْدُوهُمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطِ ٱلْجَحِيمِ 23❚
وَقِفُوهُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُم مَّسْـُٔولُونَ 24❚
وَٱلصَّـٰٓفَّـٰتِ صَفًّا
By those [angels] ranged in rows,
As-Saffat
- Verse 1
Juz 25
Hizb 8/1
رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَرَبُّ ٱلْمَشَـٰرِقِ
Lord of the heavens and earth and everything between them, Lord of every sunrise.
As-Saffat
- Verse 5

Hizb 8/1
إِنَّا زَيَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَآءَ ٱلدُّنْيَا بِزِينَةٍ ٱلْكَوَاكِبِ
We have adorned the lowest heaven with stars,
As-Saffat
- Verse 6

وَحِفْظًا مِّن كُلِّ شَيْطَـٰنٍ مَّارِدٍ
and made them a safeguard against every rebellious devil:
As-Saffat
- Verse 7
Juz 25
Hizb 8/1
لَّا يَسَّمَّعُونَ إِلَى ٱلْمَلَإِ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ وَيُقْذَفُونَ مِن كُلِّ جَانِبٍ
they cannot eavesdrop on the Higher Assembly––pelted from every side,
As-Saffat
- Verse 8

دُحُورًا ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ وَاصِبٌ
driven away, they will have perpetual torment––
As-Saffat
- Verse 9
Juz 25
Hizb 8/1
إِلَّا مَنْ خَطِفَ ٱلْخَطْفَةَ فَأَتْبَعَهُۥ شِهَابٌ ثَاقِبٌ
if any [of them] stealthily snatches away a fragment, he will be pursued by a piercing flame.
As-Saffat
- Verse 10

Hizb 8/1
فَٱسْتَفْتِهِمْ أَهُمْ أَشَدُّ خَلْقًا أَم مَّنْ خَلَقْنَآ ۚ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَـٰهُم مِّن طِينٍ لَّازِبٍۭ
So [Prophet], ask the disbelievers: is it harder to create them than other beings We have created? We created them from sticky clay.
As-Saffat
- Verse 11

Hizb 8/1
وَإِذَا ذُكِّرُوا۟ لَا يَذْكُرُونَ
take no heed when they are warned,
As-Saffat
- Verse 13

Hizb 8/1
وَإِذَا رَأَوْا۟ ءَايَةً يَسْتَسْخِرُونَ
and resort to ridicule when they see a sign,
As-Saffat
- Verse 14

وَقَالُوٓا۟ إِنْ هَـٰذَآ إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ
saying, ‘This is no more than blatant sorcery.’
As-Saffat
- Verse 15

أَءِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَـٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ
‘What! After we have died and become dust and bones, shall we really be raised up again,
As-Saffat
- Verse 16

أَوَءَابَآؤُنَا ٱلْأَوَّلُونَ
along with our forefathers?’
As-Saffat
- Verse 17
Juz 25
Hizb 8/1
قُلْ نَعَمْ وَأَنتُمْ دَٰخِرُونَ
Say, ‘Yes indeed, and you will be humiliated.’
As-Saffat
- Verse 18
Juz 25
Hizb 8/1
فَإِنَّمَا هِىَ زَجْرَةٌ وَٰحِدَةٌ فَإِذَا هُمْ يَنظُرُونَ
Just one blast and––lo and behold!––they will look
As-Saffat
- Verse 19

Hizb 8/1
وَقَالُوا۟ يَـٰوَيْلَنَا هَـٰذَا يَوْمُ ٱلدِّينِ
and say, ‘Woe to us! This is the Day of Judgement.’
As-Saffat
- Verse 20
Juz 25
Hizb 8/1
هَـٰذَا يَوْمُ ٱلْفَصْلِ ٱلَّذِى كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ
[It will be said], ‘This is the Day of Decision, which you used to deny.
As-Saffat
- Verse 21

Hizb 8/1
۞ ٱحْشُرُوا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ وَأَزْوَٰجَهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْبُدُونَ
[Angels], gather together those who did wrong, and others like them, as well as whatever they worshipped

- Verse 22

Hizb 8/1
مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ فَٱهْدُوهُمْ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطِ ٱلْجَحِيمِ
beside God, lead them all to the path of Hell,
As-Saffat
- Verse 23

Hizb 8/1
وَقِفُوهُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُم مَّسْـُٔولُونَ
and halt them for questioning:
