Al-A'la (87)

بَلْ تُؤْثِرُونَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنْيَا 16❚
وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَىٰٓ 17❚
إِنَّ هَـٰذَا لَفِى ٱلصُّحُفِ ٱلْأُولَىٰ 18❚
صُحُفِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ 19❚
بَلْ تُؤْثِرُونَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنْيَا
Yet you [people] prefer the life of this world,
Al-A'la
- Verse 16

وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَىٰٓ
even though the Hereafter is better and more lasting.

All this is in the earlier scriptures,
