Al-Qadr (97)

إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَـٰهُ فِى لَيْلَةِ ٱلْقَدْرِ 1❚
وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ 2❚
لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ 3❚
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ 4❚
سَلَـٰمٌ هِىَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ ٱلْفَجْرِ 5❚
إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَـٰهُ فِى لَيْلَةِ ٱلْقَدْرِ
We sent it down on the Night of Glory.

وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ
What will explain to you what that Night of Glory is?

لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ
The Night of Glory is better than a thousand months;

تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ
on that night the angels and the Spirit descend again and again with their Lord’s permission on every task;

سَلَـٰمٌ هِىَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ ٱلْفَجْرِ
[there is] peace that night until the break of dawn.
