Fabricated narration falsely attributed to the Prophet.

This does not mean fabricated. It means the API does not provide enough explicit grading data for this hadith, or available signals are inconclusive.
Note: this API does not always provide a dedicated grading field per hadith. When explicit grading is missing, we show Mixed; for Bukhari and Muslim we default to Sahih. Final scholarly verification should still use specialized takhrij sources.
